 The Chicagoland Replicar Association is comprised of members in the

Chicago Metropolitan area and bordering states

Vehicles are built from purchased kits and /or created with components of other cars.  A wide variety of cars compliment our well established organization. Kit Cars, Replicas, specially constructed / manufactured vehicles— component and handcrafted vehicles.

The club participates in a variety of seasonal functions and is family orientated.

Our show events are considered to be  'The meeting of the minds'—

Our club was organized in 1971 by the late Edward MacArthur, of Lake Forrest, IL.
Member, Bob Freeman designed the logo—Race Doreè, meaning,  ''The Golden Breed.''  The three grilles are from an Alfa Romeo, Mercedes and the Bugatti in the center.  The Bugatti grille was originally designed from a horseshoe.

 

Ken Smith has been President since 1994-and wife Meha is the editor and creator of the Rak 'N Opinion Newsletter published for membership and out of state sister-clubs six times a year
